This is generally a 12-week course and is ideal for most people. If you have tried and failed before, have a tendency to give up or have any reason that is holding you back ie. Time, work commitments, family commitments or low self esteem. It can be adjusted in length to suit the client’s situation and goals. The package includes all of the On-line Basic actions as well as:
- Alterations to exercise programme to get the best results from your progress.
- Weekly re-calculations and adjustment to calorie and macronutrient requirements.
- Full daily menus designed and tailored to both calorie requirements as well as lifestyle restraints
- 3 coaching and support calls per week to give both accountability and adaptability
- Weekly extended calls to ensure full analysis and alterations can be explored and checked
- Exclusive email access (this will come directly to Mark’s phone 24hrs per day, 7 days per week) to ensure constant support can be provided.
- An additional 3 “emergency” calls if required (over 12-week course) to help with any unforeseen issues.
- Incentive scheme tailored to the individual to ensure there is a reason for sticking with the programme.
- Free set of body fat, skin fold callipers (used to track your process through the course – and yours to keep upon completion)
- After-course care – upon completion of the course you will not be left on your own. You will still be able to email Mark with questions and 12 weeks after the completion date there will be a further free call to check how you are doing and help with any problems that might have occurred during that time.
